Jessie James- Agency Principal

I have been part of All Insurance Inc. since February 2013 and have served as Co-Owner and Principal since 2020. I love working at All Insurance because of the welcoming atmosphere and the lifelong relationships we build with our clients. Our office has a true small-town agency feel, where we are more than just an insurance provider, we’re a trusted part of the community.

I have been married to my husband, Ryan, since September 2022. We were married in beautiful Leavenworth, the same place where we got engaged, and we try to visit there as a family each year. Together we have two rambunctious sons, Cooper and Kacey, who keep life fun and busy. Everyone says time flies when you have kids and they’re absolutely right.

Outside of work, I enjoy running (most of the time!). One of my proudest accomplishments was completing a marathon in Maui, Hawaii. I swore I’d never do another one, but the running bug is real, and I’m already thinking about my next destination marathon.

Joseph Hammen- Vice President

I have been with All Insurance Inc. for almost 19 years. Coming from a service background, I am committed to helping clients understand and obtain the insurance products they need without any high-pressure sales techniques.  In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar, discovering new board games, and spending time with friends and family, including my 2-year-old dog Luna.

Kristen Randich- Agent

I am Kristen Randich. I am a licensed agent with All Insurance Inc. I was born and raised in Grays Harbor. I went on to graduate from Central Washington University with my bachelor’s degree in IT and Admin Management. I strive for excellence, professionalism, and providing the best customer service possible. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, being out in nature, and spending quality time with my family.

Makenzie Manthe – Agent

My name is Makenzie, and I joined All Insurance in November 2024, becoming a licensed insurance agent in December 2025. I truly enjoy helping families find the coverage that best protect what matters most to them while building lasting relationships alone the way. I always aim to make our office a place where every client feels comfortable, welcome, and at home. When I am not at work, you’ll likely find me playing volleyball, running, spending time with friends, or going on fun adventures with my kids.
