Job Overview – Office Manager
All Insurance Inc. is seeking a motivated, reliable, and highly organized Office Manager who is eager to grow within our independent insurance agency. This role combines office leadership, customer service, and insurance support to ensure our clients receive the exceptional service we are known for.
We are a locally owned independent agency that has proudly served our community since 1975. Customer service is the foundation of everything we do. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and is willing to go the extra mile to help our clients and our team succeed.
An active Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred, but not required. The selected candidate must be willing to obtain their license within 60 days of hire (agency-paid training and licensing support provided).

Responsibilities
Office Management & Leadership
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
- Help lead and support office staff in a positive, team-oriented environment
- Assist with training, onboarding, and workflow management
- Maintain organized client files and office systems
Customer Service & Insurance Support
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person and over the phone
- Assist clients with policy questions, changes, payments, and coverage reviews
- Support agents with policy servicing, quoting, and processing
- Communicate professionally with insurance carriers
Administrative & Operational Duties
- Answer multi-line phone system and assist walk-in clients
- Process daily downloads, client correspondence, and policy documentation
- Assist with billing, payments, and general office tasks
- Help maintain a smooth and professional office environment
Requirements
- Prior office management, supervisory, or leadership experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and dependable
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license within 60 days (paid by agency)
Preferred
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Experience working in an insurance agency
- Experience with customer service and administrative systems
